Katib Technologies has changed its line of business a couple of times throughout the years. From a leading education partner in the region to a new breakthrough technology partner in Hospital Management Information System (HMIS).

Katib needed to distance itself the education sector and start its business in the health industry. They already had a running system in hospitals but they were expanding to become much more than just another software company.

Our Solution

The rebranding was a must for Katib. So, we set out to enable them with a new logo and branding guidelines along with a new tone to its image. The overhaul had to be at the core of Katibs soul to keep it up to the level it was endeavoring. Changing peoples view is not easy, you have to go out there and show what you are capable of. As a software company your website was your image; so we also set out to change the website and set standards for future communications with the existing and the potential customers.

We created a small chatbot on the website using intercom technologies and created a customer portal to unify the experience and ease the process of reporting issues within the normal flow of work. This enabled us to better understand the users in the medical sector and how they reacted to changes in the bugs system.

Social media pages had also to be reactivated after years without any activities. Facebook and Linkedin pages were rebranded and a “Tone and communication” document was set.

About the Client

The company was established in 2008 as a solution provider for educational, commercial and industrial organizations that have special technical requirements. In 2011 Katib has switched its operations to software solution development in the healthcare industry. Company’s capability to design, supply and implement flexible, state-of-the-art solutions has given the company a competitive edge over its competitors.
